Ipsa scientia potestas est

Usually I do not post about other blogs, but a new one has come into existence of which I must make mention, wine-reviewers.com.  Probably the only reason why I list it here is because it is of my own creation.  I really enjoy wine, and I like talking about it, but el8.org isn’t exactly the right place.  Wine-reviewers.com is my own little cove where I compliment, or complain, or rant, or rave, about various wines or wine culture.  My blog is not for the snooty, snooty? snotty? snotty ;)For example, my wife is making manicotti tonight and I have to go down to the wine cellar and figure out how to pair a wine with the pasta.  Now, you might ask, “well what kind of sauce is she preparing with the pasta?”  I believe it is a tomato sauce tonight so I might think about a red, but the manicotti has a cheesy inside, so maybe a white might be better.  I really don’t know.Ill let you know over on wine-reviewers.com when I am finished eating haha.Thanks, and enjoy the site.
